E.C.C.O. seeks to develop and promote, on a practical, scientific and cultural level, the profession of Conservator-Restorer of Cultural Property. 

E.C.C.O. represents, through their professional associations, more than 5.000 members throughout Europe from 20 countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).

E.C.C.O. 20th ANNIVERSARY ? "E.C.C.O. Meets Professional Bodies of Conservator-Restorers in Europe at the Occasion of Its 20th Anniversary"  2011 celebrates the 20th anniversary of E.C.C.O.!

 On this occasion, E.C.C.O. invited its Founding Members and past Presidents to its General Assembly and to the 3rd E.C.C.O. Presidents' 

Meeting entitled "E.C.C.O. Meets Professional Bodies of Conservator-Restorers in Europe at the Occasion of Its 20th Anniversary", held in Barcelona, Spain on April 4th - 5th.

 In 2011, E.C.C.O. will be publishing a printed report of the 20th Anniversary. The editorial board welcomes contributions to this issue and is especially looking for photographs from the 20 years of E.C.C.O.
