
JAPANESE PAPERS IN CONSERVATION TREATMENTS OF WESTERN COLLECTIONS – FLAT OBJECTS

A first day at the Haute Ecole Arc in Neuchâtel will present the papers, their manufacturing techniques, their general characteristics and their properties, all interesting in conservation-restoration. This day will be common to the different specialties of cultural heritage, followed by two workshop days in Bern University of Arts, and will be devoted to the various possible applications on paintings, graphic, books, photographic objects and textiles.
