Deadline Early bird registration

Do not miss out the Early bird fee for this two-day symposium that will provide an overview of more than three hundred years of conservation practices carried out in eighteen different museums, institutions and collections around the world. Iconic masterpieces by Rembrandt will be discussed focusing on the various conservation treatments they received in the past and the manner in which this has affected their appearance over time.

The deadline for Early bird registration has been extended to 21 October 2018 23:59 UTC.

The programme covers poster pitches and presentations by an international group of invited speakers, including key note lectures by prof. Gregor Weber (Rijksmuseum Amsterdam), prof. Joyce Hill Stoner (University of Delaware) and emeritus prof. Jørgen Wadum (University of Amsterdam/ Director of CATS Copenhagen). There is time to meet old friends and make new friends during the breaks, as well as the opportunity on Friday to visit the Gallery of Honour after closing hours to view the museum’s paintings by Rembrandt without the regular crowd of visitors.

We hope to welcome you all on 8 and 9 November in Amsterdam.
